  • What are our shipping times?
    We only use Royal Mail for our shipping as we feel it's the most reliable service available. You can choose between 1st or 2nd class. 1st class is normally 1-2 days and 2nd class is normally 3-4 days anywhere in the UK. Europe delivery aim is 3-5 working days, Worldwide delivery aim is 6-7 working days. This all depends on customs etc.

  • What is our return/refund policy?
    Items bought from Rugby Donuts can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. During this period, the product must not of been used in any way at all. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. You are allowed to take the product out of its packaging, unless the packaging is sealed. If you decide to return the items, you’ll need to let us know by sending an email to: info@rugbydonuts.com. Please note that you must send the items back within 7 days of informing us. Processing your return. After we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the returned items and start processing your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. The refund will be paid within 7 days. You will have to cover the return shipping costs yourself. We recommend using a recored tracked service.
  • What is our warranty policy?
    Warranty Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Rugby Donuts. Our 6 month Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Rugby Donuts. What does this 6 months warranty cover? This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Rugby Donuts will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.   • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
